Tell Me Where It Hurts - Dr. Nick Trout

This book covers a day in the work life of an animal surgeon. I was fascinated with the modern technical aspects of his job but not so much with his anecdotes. Although he seems to care enough, his humor is a bit sarcastic and sometimes not G rated. Also, his writing style is pretty bad. For example, he likened a detachment to patients to "an addiction to pastrami with extra mayo". Huh?
