Such a Pretty Fat - Jen Lancaster

Lancaster chronicles her weight loss efforts in this funny book. She tries both Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers and finds the WW web site to be the best for her. Getting in shape is important too so she describes her gym experience with a trainer named Barbie. There's no whining and self-pity here; just a lot of good humor and results. It's a lot funnier than I'm making it out to be. Really.
