My Stroke of Insight - Jill Bolte Taylor

In her memoir, Taylor tells of losing much of the function in the left side of her brain due to a massive stroke. It's an interesting perspective, coming from a Harvard-trained neuroscientist. She doesn't whine about her condition at all. Instead, she writes about all the things she learned while going through recovery. It wasn't at all depressing.
