Bass is the guy who started the Body Farm research facility in Tennessee. Here, he shares some of the more interesting stories in his long forensics career. Receipt of DNA data in real life takes weeks or months to get and there are many other ways the long dead human body can give up its secrets. His work seems to be a combination of TV shows "CSI" and "Bones". A good read.
