Fool - Christopher Moore
Moore retells the story of King Lear from the viewpoint of Pocket, his fool. The cover jacket warns that it's a bawdy tale and bawdy it is. I laughed out loud many times. You don't even have to be a Shakespeare fan to enjoy this one. It's a bit juvenile at times but I highly recommend it. Don't try using it for a book report on King Lear though.
