Daemon - Daniel Suarez

Matthew Solbol, deceased head of a successful computer gaming company, uses a daemon to take over other major corporations around the world after his death. The daemon recruits human accomplices that use social engineering techniques to do evil tasks computers can't do. It was fun reading until the story started getting a bit too unbelievable for me.
