Three New Deals - Wolfgang Schivelbusch

The author points out similarities between FDR, Mussolini, and Hitler in terms of leadership style, propaganda, settlement projects, public works projects, and favored architecture. FDR and Mussolini actually admired each other for a time but Hitler and his National Socialism was never really seen in a positive light. A quick read and a very interesting book.
