Mayflower - Nathaniel Philbrick

This story spans the time from before the Mayflower sailed until after King Philip's War. The War, which started about 55 years after the Mayflower landed, wiped out much of the Native population and about 1/3 of the towns in New England. It is a well written account that is definitely worth reading.
