YOU: the Smart Patient - Michael F. Roizen, MD & Mehmet C. Oz, MD

I didn't get much out of the book because I already knew most of the information in it. I think most other people do too. They use a lot of humor that's sometimes OK but it's more like they're treating their readers like idiots. I suppose if they were that funny they'd be comedians instead of doctors. The best thing about the book is that it has several good website lists that could be very useful.
