The Host - Stephenie Meyer

Earth had been taken over by aliens called "souls" and just a small community of humans that lived in a cave were left. The story is told by one of these "souls", which I found to be an interesting perspective. I pretty much read the book straight through and enjoyed every minute. It was a good book with a happy although predictable ending.
