Replay - Ken Grimwood

Jeff Winston died of a heart attack at 43, several times. As a replayer, he had the opportunity (or curse?) to relive his life, each time trying to improve his lot and making plenty of mistakes. After a time, he discovers another replayer that he can hook up with and compare notes. Efforts to change history end up with interesting results. I was a bit surprised by the ending.
