This book was mostly written in 2006 but it reads like it was written in 2009. Almost every prediction regarding the housing bubble and it's collapse was foretold here. The only thing that hasn't happened yet is the collapse of the dollar and hyperinflation, which is coming. He suggests buying foreign stocks paying dividends and gold.
